1999 Land Rover Freelander Di Blue for sale

You are viewing my very beautiful Land Rover Freelander. This is the 1999 50th Anniversary Limited Edition model finished in stunning two tone paint so from some angles/light it is blue and others it is green.
The vehicle has had its MOT 20th August - passed with flying colours! - So you have a year to go! The Tax expires in Feb 2011 - so six months to go! The car has some service history (all of which is detailed in the original LR book) - still has all the original books and folder, including some old MOT certificates.
Interior has the full two tone turquoise and grey leather - all in very good condition for age. The front seats are worn but not torn. I have taken very good care of the interior. Still has the original Freelander embroidered mats that lock into place.
The exterior (as you can see in the pics) is finished rather nicely with chrome side skirts and nudge bar. Mounted on the nudgenbars are two extra spotlights which are rigged to work with the full beam. There is one glass casing missing from one of the spots currently but this will be replaced before the sale and/or a discount for the cost from the sale price - I can negotiate with anyone who shows genuine interest. The rear half of the roof "pops" off to make the car convertible - the sunroof panels also come out. Towbar fitted. All round the car is in extremely good condition with only two noticeable marks on the paint work which were on the car before I bought it: In the pictures you can see a pic of a couple of scratches at the start of the L on the bonnet, it has been treated and as you can see has no signs of rust but it in interest of honest seller for an honest customer you need to know! the other is a superficial scratch on the roof which (as far as i can tell has only removed the lacquer from the paint) it did not photograph well so hence no pic but again no rust as it has not penetrated the paint work.
Tyres and wheels all great including the full size spare mounted on the rear of the vehicle. Both sets of keys available. Very reliable and much loved car.
Final point to add is a light on the dash which came on when the new brake pads were fitted. The car has since passed its MOT so we know there is nothing wrong on that front. We did however seek assurance and we were informed that it is due to the fact aftermarket parts were fitted and it is a clever Land Rover trick to get you to go and get them to do bits to the car...and it is only they who can plug in their gadgets and switch the light off.
